Mindful Touch Therapy
was created by Nancy E. Schmitt specifically for cancer patients
and clients where regular massage therapy may not be
recommended. Nancy is a cancer survivor herself.
"Mindful Touch Therapy
is based on the concept that the power of touch can have a
profound impact on an individual's health and well-being.
It is a unique blend of massage therapies and healing concepts
created to support all individuals, including those living with
cancer, critical illness, pain, or extreme stress.
Mindful
Touch Therapy is a thoughtful blend of mindfulness meditation,
energy bodywork, trigger point therapy, massage, light touch
therapy, and intuition awareness and development with influence
by the Native American, Hawaiian and Ayurvedic Healing Concepts.
This healing modality is designed to support medical procedures
and treatment programs safely and effectively. It promotes
physical and mental relaxation that helps alleviate the
perception of pain and creates empowerment by reminding the
mind-body-spirit of its inherent wholeness and healing power.

Healing Your
Energy Body
This is a non-touch
healing. Illness usually shows up in the Energy Body
before it becomes present in the Physical Body.
This healing clears and
repairs the electromagnetic field around your body (your aura).
Your chakras (energy centers in your body) are cleared,
realigned and repaired.
Your energy connections
to earth are cleared and re-established. Your original
essence is returned to you.
This healing allows you
to clear unwanted energy and helps to regenerate your body and
spirit.
Time: 30 minute
and 1 hour sessions are available.

Creative Healing
This is a
non-touch or light-touch healing. Your creative channels
are cleared. Your higher chakras are cleared, realigned
and repaired.
Your
creative rings are cleared and reconnected to your creative
channels. Your connection to earth is cleared and
re-established. Your connection to your higher self is
cleared and re-established.
This
healing clears the energy blocks that may be in the way of your
creativity.
Time:
30 minute and 1 hour sessions are available.

Hands On Energy
Healing
This is a
hands on healing. Specific areas of concern may be
addressed.
The healer's hands are put on the body, allowing the body to
draw neutral healing energy to help the body to heal.
The healer's own energy is not drawn.
Stressed
areas in the body are released. Meridians may be cleared
and balanced. Chakras may be repaired. Old traumas
may be released.
This
healing helps speed the healing process and helps move the body back into alignment.
Time:
30 minute and 1 hour sessions are available.

Energy Reading
Energy
Readings will give you communication about what is going on in
your energy body (aura).
The seven
layers of your aura are read. You will be given information
about your emotional life, spirituality and other peoples'
energy that may be stuck in your energy system.
Time will
be reserved for your questions.
Energy
Readings will also give you information about what's blocking
you from living the life you want.
Time:
Energy Readings are 1 hour long.
